Mibed.ie takes security of payments seriously. All of our payments are handled by Stripe. Alternatively, customers can choose to use Paypal. Stripe Payments are certified and approved by several leading financial institutions. Their systems and security controls are based on current industry standards. There are several layers of technology in place to ensure the confidentiality, authentication and integrity of information. Stripe Payments have been accredited with the AIS (Account Information Security) certification by Visa and in one of the new company in Europe to achieve this. This shows their commitment to above industry standard in every aspect of payment processing. Information is sent to them from mibed.ie via the internet and they then connect to our bank. All information when in transit via the internet is encrypted (128bit SSL) to ensure confidentiality of sensitive data. All messages sent to Stripe and the responses from STRIPE are authenticated using digitally signed digests. All requires are verified against a legal list of IP address and referring URLs. The Stripe technical infrastructure is located in secure co-location facilities that have 24×7 manned security and advanced building management systems along with environmental controls. Critical servers and applications are monitored constantly to threshold levels and Stripe Payments staff are instantly alerted via our real time monitoring and alerting service. All connections to the financial institutions are over private dedicated leased circuits, backed up with ISDN lines and in certain cases VPN connections over the internet. The network is designed to be highly resilient with duplicate and triplicate systems in place depending on the critical nature of each component. Stripe Payments are registered with the data protection commissioner as a Data Processor. Cardholder information is encrypted and not displayed in our reporting systems.
Your Personal Data is held on secure servers hosted by our Internet Service Provider. The nature of the Internet is such that we cannot guarantee or warrant the security of any information you transmit to us via the Internet. No data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. However, we will take all reasonable steps (including appropriate technical and organisational measures) to protect your Personal Data.
Mibed.ie authorises you to view and download a single copy of the information on the site solely for your personal, non-commercial use.
The content of this site is protected by copyright under both Irish and foreign laws. If you violate any of these Terms, your permission to use the information terminates and you must immediately destroy any copies you have made of the information.
Only information relating to delivery of goods to the delivery address provided shall be passed on to a third party to ensure delivery is carried out in a timely manner.
We accept payment online by Visa, MasterCard, Debit cards and PayPal. VAT is charged at the current rate where applicable. Goods can only be despatched once payment has been received in full. Credit & Debit card payments may take up to 3 working days and is outside our control.
Further delay may be caused while we verify that purchases are being made and delivered to the originator /owner of the payment method used for the transaction. It is important that only the person named on the credit card is the person placing the order. Again, we will attempt to verify this before goods are delivered. It may be necessary to show credit card at time of delivery. These are further steps to ensure secure use of the payments method.

The price of products on this website are published on the basis of costs at the time of issue. Mibed.ie retains the right to revise our prices at any time to reflect changes in our costs such as but not limited to: goods, carriage, labour, overheads, government taxes and exchange rates. Prices are displayed including VAT where applicable.
Under no circumstances shall mibed.ie, or any third parties mentioned on the site be liable for any damages whatsoever, howsoever arising and whether or not Mibed.ie is advised on the possibility of such damages.
We have a professional photographer who takes the photographs of the products we feature. We have made all reasonable efforts to ensure each photograph accurately reflects the product being sold. On occasion, there may be minor differences between the products appearance in the photograph and the item delivered. Copyright for use, copy or download of these images remain property of Mibed.ie.
All information you post to the Site is considered to be non-confidential and royalty-free. As a user, you are responsible for your own communications and are responsible for the consequences of their posting.

9. Products Unavailable for Despatch
In the unlikely event that a product is out of stock at the point of order, we will advise you as soon as possible by email, you will have the option of awaiting stock availability or selecting an alternative product where applicable, our prices displayed include VAT, where applicable.

The site may at some point contain links to third party websites. These links are provided solely as a convenience to you and not as an endorsement by mibed.ie. Mibed.ie is not responsible for the content of linked third party sites and does not make any representations regarding the content or accuracy of information on such websites. 11. Shipping
Your order is processed by mibed.ie soon as it is received. A tracking number is provided for all deliveries. Orders outside of Ireland will be sent through a courier service or an Post and may involve an additional charge depending on the location and the size of the consignment. Claims for non-delivery must be made within 5 days in the case of goods for delivery within the island of Ireland and withing 20 days for other destinations outside of Ireland. For international orders, mibed.ie cannot be held responsible for importation and or import duty charges.
All address information must be accurate, including the postcode where appropriate, and the recipient telephone number and phone number of the credit card used to make the purchase. mibed.ie cannot accept responsibility for late or non-delivery if recipient address and telephone details are insufficient or incorrect. A signature is required upon delivery.
This is signature as corresponds with credit card or payment method used for the purchase. The goods shall be deemed to have been delivered, once they are signed for by any person at that address. Where the delivery company is unable to find someone to accept delivery, a calling card will be left for the recipient to contact the courier and arrange an agreed delivery time or alternative location. If the recipient fails to make contact in good time, the goods are returned to mibed.ie a charge may be made for re-delivery to the original or an alternative address.
12. Returns
In accordance with The European Directive on Distance Selling (Directive 97/7/EC) unwanted or unsuitable products may be returned to mibed.ie within 7 working days of receipt as long as the goods are not opened and the packaging remains in an as new state. Goods must be returned at your own expense. If your item is damaged or faulty, please contact us within those 7 days at info@mibed.ie and we will organize a replacement or a refund. Many countries control the export of products and information. You agree to comply with such restrictions and not to export or re-export the Information s (including Software) to countries or persons prohibited under the export control laws.
