The 4ft. bed, or ‘small double’ as it is often called, has become especially popular in recent years with older teenagers & young adults who may feel they have outgrown a single bed. It offers more room to spread out but can still fit comfortably in a standard box room. While not a ‘full’ double, it can still sleep two adults if you have visitors for a short stayover.

* Remember to measure your mattress and add 2″ e.g. if your mattress is 10″ deep you will need a fitted sheet 12″ deep so it will catch under the corners and wont ‘pop’ off the bed during the night.
