A king size mattress has a width of 152cm, so at 220cm. in width the runner is almost the same size as your king duvet cover and will come down a nice bit on each side of the bed – more so on a double. The matching throw is 150/200cm. and will add a beautiful tiered look to your bed as well as offering an extra layer of quilting. This may be especially helpful in the ‘shoulder’ seasons when you’re switching from one duvet to another and need just that small bit extra warmth.
